⏱️ COMPETITION DETAILS

• Start Time: 5:00 PM

• Time Limit: 1 Hour

• Bring Your Own Ring Light

• Freestyle creative haircut, styled look, face paint, and outfit

✂️ CUT & STYLE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be fully creative — haircut, style, face paint, and outfit included

• Model must not have pre-styled hair

• Full final look presentation required

• After completion, models will do a quick runway to showcase your work to the crowd

🎯 JUDGING CRITERIA
Competitors will be judged on:

• Creativity & originality of haircut and persona

• Execution, precision, and clean lines

• Overall presentation including styling, face paint, and outfit

⚠️ RULES & SCORING

• NO PRE-STYLING ALLOWED

• Must complete the full look within the 1-hour time limit

• No outside assistance permitted

• Points may be deducted for lack of preparation or unfinished final look
